Our name carries our mission at its core. “EmPOvia” stands for a Pathway to Empowerment — a journey that equips young people with the knowledge, mentorship, and opportunities they need to lead in their communities. The “47” signifies our national pledge to inclusivity and equity — ensuring that every county, from the farthest village to the busiest city, has a seat at Kenya’s table of progress.
Through collaboration with government institutions, development partners, private sector allies, and grassroots changemakers, we are reimagining what youth empowerment can look like. Guided by the principles of Empowerment, Innovation, and Inclusion, our programs focus on unlocking potential, nurturing entrepreneurship, advancing digital skills, and strengthening civic participation.
